Can I use steam wallet and debit card at the same time ?

So I recently bought Payday 2 on discount around 2.50$ I guess.
The problem is I couldn't launch the game, so I refund. Now.... The trouble is I want to buy CSGO . It'd cost 5.50$ i guess... But I can't add 3$ more to the steam wallet to buy it, only 5$ which mean I left 2$ sit there doing nothing. So.... Can I buy the game buy debit card + the money I have left in my steam wallet ?

Yes, at checkout use your steam wallet, because it has not enough funds it will ask you for a second payment method.

You can. Steam will use the wallet funds by default and then ask your for another funds source to cover the rest.

You can but you have to burn wallet FIRST then it will prompt for additoinal payment. You cannot manually split it across wallet and other payment methods without first exhasting all your wallet money
