I can't send replies on Steam Support!

When I typed up my response to a message from Steam Support, then hit submit, all that happened is the "Send" button greyed out, and nothing else. I opened a new window and tried again, and got the same result. What can I do here?

I tried incognito mode, no dice.

Try using the client if you can.

I tried in the client, and it didn't work either.
I got it to submit, but only by not submitting the attached file. It's less than 4MB, so I'm not sure what the problem is.

Submit it without the file and update the ticket with the file.

Replying to the ticket is the same as updating it, unfortunately. You have to hit that "Send" button and the same problem occurs.

Exactly how large is the file and what type of file is it?

It's the msinfo32.nfo, and it's like 3.4MB. I did just submit my response without the file and explained the issue, I was hoping I could resolve it so I didn't have to wait for a response from them.
