Help with games not launching!! DirectX Error d3dx9_43.dll error 0xc000012f.

Hello my steam games are having issues running.

When I launch games from steam it says "Running" for a second or two then disappears and does not launch. When I attempt to run the exe file from the file location it gives me a d3dx9_43.dll error and will not open. I have tried many things including other people's posts about it.

It occurred to me for Payday 2, but i extracted the file's d3dx9_43.dll file into the exe file location and it worked.

It also happened to me when I try to launch Far Cry 4 from steam, but does not work when I add the d3dx9_43.dll file into the bin.

I assume my directx files or something is messed up as this is a reoccuring problem even though I have tried reinstalling directx multiple times.

What posts? You should link them.

If you uninstall the game, clean the game folder out manually and install again, sometimes redist files fix themselves at that point.
