You're not eligible for a refund as you should have done so within 2 weeks of purchase.
Only by a week. I know sometimes they give refunds for games even if it is a week or two outside of the refund window. However, i was more so specifically asking getting a refund on the game I bought via steam and then redeeming the code I have for the game I bought via another website.

I can submit the request and see what they say. I'm not expecting anything spectacular.
I was more so asking if refunding a game you purchased via steam and then redeeming the same game via a different site (such as Fanatical and Humble Bundle) was something that was against the rules.
