can i disable this live stream on store pages?
i clicked on a game called realm royal and a window with someones stream on twitch or something. can i disable that so i never see a live video on game pages when im checking out games on the store.

Ok, that is on the web... It has started in the Steam desktop app. How do I disable it there?

it was working for me, but i checked when i seen your guys comments and its no longer working for me either. im gonna check through prefrences and if i notice anything ill let u guys know

It still streams , just minimized ...I want this nonsense gone altogether.

uBlock Origin works for removing the stream completely in Firefox.

uBlock Origin works for removing the stream completely in Firefox.

That also blocks some external payment logins and recaptcha. Those are necessary for certain things.
