that means you have a low opinion about yourself ;)
you hide it well in public.

For OP and everyone wondering:

Steam counts some files as "wrong" due to mismatched timestamps and wants to redownload them, there is nothing to fix as the only fix would be to permanently stop the clock, lol

And please ignore the poor troll attempts from Spoopy, he is just attention seeker, nothing more

I used to assume that the file(s) failed because steamworks allow every client to have his own unique .exe or CEG(Custom Executable Generation)
but I read what you said before so it is probably that.
so your problem is FPS and hitreg, the hitreg is probably the servers fault, not much you can do with that
have you tried updating/reinstalling your drivers? is your GPU installed/plugged in correctly?
all verifying the intregrity does is check if all your files are there, and if anything is gone it re-installs it
also have you actually tried reinstalling csgo instead of just verifying the integrity?
Yeah idk What the problem is Exactly something just feels off i can tell Its not like it was 2 weeks ago. Could be placebo i guess but i doubt it. Ive reinstalled everything even Windows. What do u mean by is My GPU plugged in correctly? Should i just open My case and check it lol or What u mean Im bad at this ♥♥♥♥

open your desktop case, and see if the lock mechanism is even being used, if its not, unscrew the brackets and push the GPU in more until it is actually locked
if your GPU even uses either 6 or 8 pin power connector, make sure thats in right also, not all GPUs use power connectors though, so dont worry if your GPU doesnt have one

also update your drivers and see if that works

Iff his GPU wasn't inserted correcty it wouldn't work.. If the 6/8pin wasn't pluged in it wouldn't work either..

In deed, but having happen more than once on the same two files usually means they forgot to restart Steam....that usually does the trick in the OP's case if I recall lol.

a GPU would even work when not all pins are being used, obviously 3 wont work but those graphics card dock adapters dont even use all the pins, even LANES makes the graphics card run, but not to its fullest potential
if the power isnt plugged in correctly, same thing, it would simply just not work to its fullest
its not getting enough of that juice to run it

same thing with pins/sockets,if any pins are bent, that doesnt mean your motherboard is bricked depending on which pin you bent, it could be a grounding pin or some other non-used pin

just becuase its not installed correctly doesnt mean it wont run, it wont run to its fullest

You must be doing some master-level origami if you manage to insert a GPU in such a way that it only has contact with half of the lanes. Also, even high-end cards run fine at 8x or even at x4 on PCI-e 3.0.

people manage to do it, sometimes its just because they managed to break off pins from the GPU

Checking your GPU isn't going to do anything.

That dude is giving terrible advice.

Beaking "pins" off the GPU?

Fairytales ..

making sure your GPU is installed correctly is the first thing you should do after installed a GPU, every time i have a hardware problem i take a look inside my desktop before installing this and that, taking the 5 minutes easier for me since tempered glass side panel, might not be the issue if you know for a fact its installed correctly
this guy says he doesnt have much PC experience, some newbies make this mistake, and even some ♥♥♥♥♥♥ pre-built manufacturers

you can break off pins off the GPU, its not as hard as LGA and PGA pins, but still a simple drop can damage the pins, but mainly the PCP
another way of damaging the pins is putting the GPU in at an angle, which is how my 2 of friends GPU broke off, getting lodged into the PCIe slot

its probably going to be some sort of driver issue since he tried reinstalling windows, verifying cache, re-installing csgo all that stuff, comes down to installation error or outdated drivers
