If the game works there is nothing to fix.

Nothing to fix.

There is something wrong, everyone i asked to try it has told me it doesn't happen to them so clearly there is an issue here.

please elaborate on what error is popping up
if the game is working fine then theres no need to fix it?
saying one file keeps deleting isnt helping, especially if you keep on complaining
which file is getting deleted

Important: One or more files may fail to verify.

This is normal for most Steam games. The files that fail to verify are local configuration files that should not be replaced as part of this process. You can safely ignore this message.
you are welcome.

In deed, but having happen more than once on the same two files usually means they forgot to restart Steam....that usually does the trick in the OP's case if I recall lol.

no it means it is normal for one or more files faill to verify and it should be ignored.
no need to restart anything.

so many comments lol, anyways i went on my laptop today to double check if it was steam or my PC messing up and the same thing happened on my laptop. I installed csgo, started the game for 5 seconds closed instantly and verify game cache. It shows 1 file failed to validate yet again so i am 100% sure it has something to do with my steam.

I went into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\logs and opened run_process logs and during the times that i do verify integrity these errors popped up.
Exit Code (0) : "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\directx_installer\DXSETUP.exe" /silent GLE 0
im guessing this has something to do with directx?

That is only a DirectX installer. It's only used when you run the game for the first time and it installs all the dependencies.

Also Exit Code 0 means it shut down without any issues.

So what can it be then? I tried it on my laptop with a fresh install and went online for 5 seconds closed the game and it says 1 file failed to validate..-
