Question about free steam games

Well there is a new game called tabg on steam and my question is if i downloaded the game while it's still free (after 100 hours you need to pay for it) and removed it from my pc am i able to download it again for free using my library?

Once you attempt to play it - you will be prompted to purchase the game.

The complimentary license will be revoked.

The first 100 hours after the release will be free for all and that means free forever, if you get the game before the first 100 hours end you will NOT have to pay to keep it. The 4.99$ price after the first 100 hours goes to preserving the game such as server costs etc.

but idk if i remove it from my pc (not library) if i can still download it again without paying

Can you send a link to the Store page of the game?

As I can see, that's a PERMANENT copy with compliments of the developer.

Add it to your library within 100 hours and it's permanently going to stay there.

If you attempt to do so after the 100 hours - you have to purchase it.

Also note that: removing a game from your PC doesn't remove it from your account.

What does that mean when the game says ''play for free! ends in 1 day'' does that mean I have to purchase the game when the time runs out?

If you added it to your library in the free givaway period, you don't have to pay.
