A Person Pretending To work For Valve Steam Support

Hey , this guy commented on my screenshot and said that he works for Valve , he said that my account will get IP And Trade banned if I dont verify my items in 24 hours, I dont know what to do , should I block him because he's a scammer or listen to him.

If Valve wanted to ban you, they just would. They wouldn't leave you a comment warning of it.

Impersonation, I think they can terminate your account. You wouldnt get an alert because you wont beable to log on. Lemme check the SSA.

Valve employees have a box beside their name that reads "VALVE"

if the user didn't have that, then they're not a valve employee.

Impersonation, I think they can terminate your account. You wouldnt get an alert because you wont beable to log on. Lemme check the SSA.

It can lead to termination. Community bans are usually handed out to them. Possible account locks as well. But only the account owner would know about that.

^^ big word in this one is inhibit which can mean "make (someone) self-conscious and unable to act in a relaxed and natural way."

and the SSA says
In the event that your Account or a particular Subscription is terminated or cancelled by Valve for a violation of this Agreement or improper or illegal activity, no refund, including of any Subscription fees or of any unused funds in your Steam Wallet, will be granted.

The online conduct is an extension of the SSA. So yeah. :D Your whole account can be terminated.
