"Acess Denied" when i try to go to Store

For the past 4 days,whenever i open store on steam or in Google Chrome/Opera i always get the same message :


Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://store.steampowered.com/" on this server.


Anyone can help?

Try this link instead http://store.steampowered.com.
Perhaps try clearing the web browser cache on the client, then restart your computer.
Steam (top left corner) > Settings > Web Browser > Delete web browser cache

Where? i'm using steam client now,not Google Chrome/Opera.
But it's the same for both the Steam client & Google Chrome/Opera

The issue should fix itself soon, but you should see if restarting your computer and router or even trying on another device will make a difference.

They're referring to the Opera browser, not the VPN. Anyway, VPNs are forbidden on Steam.
