My cursor works just fine while the mouse is on its mousepad, but when I lift the mouse to readjust or just in general, my cursor will move down and slightly towards the right for some reason. I can lift it straight up without going in any direction and the cursor will move on its own.
Upon placing the mouse back on the mousepad, the cursor moves up and slightly to the left. I'm not really sure if my mouse is old or what, I got it like a year ago or something. Someone please give me some insight

Check the light path for dust.
Dont look in it while its on.

Are you using the Razer Synapse software?

I had stupid issues with the Razer Naga 2014 I used to have with the synapse software.....then again, I also had stupid issues with the mouse when the software was not installed.

A few possible things to try:
Plug the mouse into other USB ports. Try multiple ports just to be sure.
Test the mouse on another computer.
If you are using the synapse software - uninstall it and reboot your computer. See how the mouse functions....or simply uninstall the software, reboot, re-install the software (make sure it is updated to lastest version) and reboot one last time.

It does it a lot less now and I don't even know what I did. It would move like a whole inch and now maybe less than a centimeter. I just had my computer off while I was at school.
