how do i change where my refund goes?
so i just refunded a game a couple of hours ago, (the money is currently pending) for the price of 13.99, and i chose to have it refunded to my steam wallet. however, i was curious if i could change it from my steam wallet to my credit card?

Not anymore. You can A: only choose the payment method you used to buy it or your Steam Wallet.
So if you bought the game with credit card you get the option to refund to either credit card or Steam Wallet. If you bought the game with Steam Wallet it can only go back to Steam Wallet.

And B: After choosing a refund target and the refund was accepted you can no longer change it.

And you could only choose credit card IF that's where the orginal funds came from.

i used my card so can i put it back to the card
