So I suddenly got what appears to be an achievement for this in particular, I couldn't find anything more than that and the appid that appears to be 720 according to steamdb, I never heard of anything like this, is it an april fools joke or something? I don't get it...

You really shouldn't use steam achievement manager on CSGO as if you are connected to a VAC secure server you will get a VAC ban for using it.

I don't use that and never heard of it, the achievement popped up on my profile for some reason on the "rarest achievements" or something tab, that's why I thought I might ask.
