Steam games not scaling
For a while I've been having a problem where a good chunk of my steam games aren't scaling in resolution. This means that if I run the game below my native resolution then it will show up in a smaller box in the center of the screen, and the surrounding area will be black. My laptop is a potato so I often can't run the game at native resolution (1080p) without it being unplayable. I've already checked my drivers and tried disabling the steam overlay, and neither of them helped. My laptop has intel integrated graphics, if that's relevant.

Games that have this problem: Rocket League, CSGO, FTL, Star Wars: Jedi Knight Jedi Academy, and possibly others...
For some reason this isn't a problem I have with every game, but It happens for a lot of the ones I play regularly.

I would appreciate some help.

if you've the Intel graphics drivers installed, right click on your screen, select "Graphics properties..." A new window will pop up and I think it's under Display>Scale Full screen or something like that.. Anyways look around in there under Display and it should be there, there's no way for me to check right now but it should be there.
