After almost 20 hours you should have noticed about 19.5 hours ago that your PC struggles with the game.

The game is very playable, your PC is just not capable of running it.

If you do a chargeback, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to buy a game.

Not a valid reason to commit fraud. If you do a chargeback; your account will be locked for up to 3 months until you pay the money back. If you don't do it in this timeframe, your account gets permanently suspended.

Not only that; your PayPal method will be banned on Steam forever and this will be shared with other retailers globally who may restrict your ability to purchase with PayPal on other sites.

Lower your settings, get a better PC or continue as you are.

i noticed it on 6th hour of game but steam denied me refund my payment will come to my wallet
i never refunded on steam ever before all my games are expensive
all i wanna know is will my steam account get banned?
