That laptop GPU is incredible weak. It manages barely 10 FPS in Skyrim ,a 7 year old game.

Pretty sad and not really meant for any kind of gaming.
I would not call 20-30 FPS playable, especially not in a fast paced shooter but hey, its your decision.
