How to activate/upload Curator Page Banner

Hi guys,

This is more a question for those that run Curator pages, but just wondering how you're able to activate/upload a banner for the Curator Page? I noticed recently that some Curators have started to do this such as:

You need to reach a certain audience before you can do that. I'm currently at 8,000 followers and I still can't upload it. My guess is 10,000.
