Lf pve mmo to play with friends

hey, can you point me to mmo where you are not forced to pvp for boss, spots and so on. I play cs and mobas for pvp but for relaxing want to find mmo with good gulild system, raids, there can be pvp but with no rewards that put pvp players in advantige in pve content

my fav mmo is lineape 2 too bad it is pvp oriented and i dont have time for hardcore gaming, only casual hour a day or so, thats why i like mobas, i can play one day and log off but they lack good guild system and are rly toxic
