My purchase has been pending for almost 2 days now
Hello all, I bought a game (A hat in time) on Steam using a Visa Gift Card (no, not the Vanilla Visa Gift Card) a few days ago (on Saturday the 26th, at 10:30 PM EST to be exact), and it went through successfully on Steam's end (in terms of accepting the card), but on the actual transaction page for the card, it listed the purchase as pending (and has listed it as so since Saturday).
...And that leads to the questions I want to ask: Is it the bank being really slow in processing my payment? Is it the fact that it's Memorial Day weekend, and so the banks are closed until Tuesday? Is it the fact that steam's "Spring Cleaning" sale is happening, and it makes already slow processes even slower? Should I just request a refund from steam, since I haven't even installed it yet?

Is it in your library?
Yes it is. (Edit: Hence the "it went through successfully on Steam's part" part of the post.) Unfortunately, since all banks in the U.S seem to be closed on the weekends and today, Memorial Day, the purchase won't "clear" until Tuesday, at the soonest (or at least I think that's what is happening). Edit 2: To be honest, I'm not even sure how gift card transactions are handed (or who handles them for that matter)
