How do you uninstall a refunded game?

So I refunded Bless Online. I left it installed because I didn't want to re-download it if Steam didn't refund me.

I got my refund, but now it has disappeared from my steam library, so I can't uninstall it through steam. There's still a 40GB program file for this game in steamapps.

- I can't uninstall through steam because it's not in my library
- I tried uninstalling from add/remove programs, but all it did was remove the program from the list but the 40GB folder still exists

I guess at this point I'm just gonna delete the program folder and run CCleaner to clean up my registry...unless anyone has any better advice.

delete the folder in commons.

Steam install doesn't clean registry either ya know? gotta keep things like your license keys and stuff in the registry incase you ever reinstall.

Go to Control Panel >>> Uninstall a program >>> Uninstall Bless Online.
