Yeah, remember that it's June now, & every June there's a Summer Sale. Steam's Summer Sales are famous (or infamous, depending on your POV) for a wide selection of deeply discounted games & gamers going broke buying them up. Hell, there's memes regarding this. There should be a secondary, smaller sale this August, too, right in line with QuakeCon that goes on. That sale typically sees the various id & 3D Realms games go on sale.

since no flash sale on summer/winter sales i usually dont buy anything on steam. Humblebundle always much cheaper with its additional -10% for monthly subs.

If the mystery item will be an additional discount on any steam game/DLC then i might buy something on this sale, else, not, steam prices not competitive, also on brand new games a physical copy much cheaper than a digital one, which is lol!

I would really love an elaboration on how it'll be useful.

There could be MANY things this box may hide but i have ESTIMATED
(so if its none of these u cant hold me to this).

-Most likely a coupon.
-A universal coupon (a coupon on any game you choose).
-A small steam gift card ($2-$5).
-A free game (unlikely- as the crate says it will HELP in the sale).
-A coupon for a game on the top of your wishlist.
