Problem with Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator and market restriction
in the beginning, I lost my phone and removed mobile authenticator and received code from mail. Market restriction said after removing steam guard mobile authenticator, market restriction is 15 days so it was 01/06/2018. Then i recovered my phone and re-installed steam guard app on my phone and tried to add authenticator on my phone. But steam guard app didnt show to me THE code. Because of that i cant log in to my steam again so i tried to fix it all the way possible solutions i can get from steam support (received code on mail, sms on my phone, uninstalled app and reinstalled) still couldnt get the code on steam guard app. So i removed mobile authenticator again and receive code on my mail so i can log in to steam again. but market restriction become 12/06/2018. My friend bought Dota 2 Battle Pass for me but because of all this cant gift to me. And also i couldnt retrieve my items from betting site.
PS. when i tried add authenticator on phone, i do receive ***** sms code on my mobile but its not worked and said there is error (2) ).
What can i do now? wait until 12/06/2018 and never use mobile authenticator or what?
Beside steam support self helping site there is no way to contact directly with steam.
I already tried steam support site.
Please someone help me.

What color is the shield on this page?

on mobile app, it was grey when i tried authenticator. I didnt see any shield on this page (i am using PC browser) !?

phone number is already on the account, after enable the mobile app through that page https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage. i push the button named "add authenticator" on phone and just received five number on my phone and use those numbers on phone as submiting (step 1: enter the sms code we've sent to your phone). i got error msg (There was an error with that code (2) )

Now on steam mobile app -> steam guard section: shield color is grey and following msg's i have -> you'll enter your code each time you enter your password to sign in to your steam account. and two buttons such as remove authenticator and help. still no auto generating code. now if i sign out steam and try to login it will ask code but i have no code. and remove app and use mail to get code. market restriction will say another 15 days. i am in this loop last few days.
