What is the different between TotalSpend and OldSpend in steam account detail?

Today I'm just curious about my account spending so I check my account detail in External Fund Used, and it's show TotalSpend and OldSpend in different value, so I wonder what's the different between them? I have tried Google but with no luck finding it at all.

oldspend is the amount of money you spend before April 2015.
