Find Out Best Download Server?
I'm not very aware of what areas are around me, so I can't tell which server is closest for me. Is there a tool or page to figure out what my best download server would be?

steam auto selects the nearest download server, don't change it.

it did, the moment you started steam the first time.

I'm telling you it didn't. I'm not that dumb lol. It first selected somewhere in Europe, when I love in the US :l

that's where your ip is closest located. your internet provider has some weird configuration/offshore routing setup then.

I am being helpful. that is the best download server for you, wherever it defaulted. steam auto-defaults the best location on first startup. Even says so in settings page
