Can't connect to steam app on new computer but I can on web..

this is so annoying.

I can connect on my steam account in web browser, but I need to enter the verification code each time.
When I try to enter my credentials on my new computer Steam app it says that my username or password is not good... and the weird part is that there is no verification window that appear so I can type my code.

I know I'm entering the good password because I type the same username and password into my web browser. I even tried to log into my laptop steam app and it worked..

any idea or help ?

So, you're implying that you're getting an incorrect password?

This is usually caused by programs that many interfere with the Steam Client.

I Mean, I built my Pc yesterday and I installed some basic app like battle.net, spotifiy, etc.
and I installed malwarebyte so I doubt I have any virus.

Also, I don't IP block or reroute, etc. It's a brand new PC.

and yes I'm getting an incorrect password everytime, I even changed my password and I can connect to the browser with my new password everytime but i need to enter my verification code from the steam cellphone app.

I really don't understand why I'm getting " incorrect password or account name"
