Item marketable, but not tradable

Hello, so I own a target practice pan (PUBG skin), I dont play PUBG (I dont actually own it) and it says it is marketable, but not tradable. Maybe the solution is to go in-game for it, but I do not own PUBG. I would be happy if anyone could give me some help.

By the way, the reason I have a PUBG skin while I dont own PUBG, its because I want to deposit a skin to a gambling site (with csgo and pubg skins as well) and the csgo has a trade hold update. So PUBG is faster, but I am considering buying csgo items and waiting...

Oh thanks, but here is another problem.. The trading time is already out (idk if u understand).. The item is marketable. However, not tradable.

You can sell it on the market. But not tradeable. Just as it states.
