Profile picture bug?How?

The profile picture transparent on my friend list and chat also happen on notification, is it a bug and does anyone know how?

Opt out of beta and / or then clear your web browser's cache.

Steam > Settings > Account > Beta Participation > Change > None. Steam > Settings > Web Browser > Delete Web Browser Cache & Cookies.

Nah, ive been reinstalling my steam before and he still have this kind profile picture
