Remove all traces of steam
Whats the best way to remove or uninstall steam off computer ? and to back up a game so I can pick right back where I left it when a delated it and reinstal it on the same or differnt computer later

You could use the backup game option or you could manually backup your game and copy the manifest.

If you're uncomfortable with both, I would say using the Steam backup feature.

I did something with the command prompt and %appdata% and copied it to a usb is that a way

If it was in appdata then it's probably just save files.

Use Steam's backup function.

I found steam back up but it dosnet show any games are installed whats the other way

Using Windows Explorer. Do you have somebody there more I.T. literate? They may be able to help you.
