Stream my games from PC to my laptop
Helllo, I hope I'm in the right place for this but here we go.
I have a pretty decent PC and a semi ok(ish) laptop, due to the nature of my job, I always have to relocate for a period of time and I'm mostly playing on my laptop. Is it possible to remotely stream games from PC to my laptop if I'm on a different internet connection? And if so, what program to use? I know about Steam Home-stream but I'm looking for a program to stream remotely, from a different connection.

Also, sorry for my english.

If you have a Nvidia GPU in the streaming PC you can use Nvidia GameStream (Moonlight) over the internet.

The software:
http://moonlight-stream.com/ (Download > Moonlight Chrome(Alpha))
