why this
just below menu`s in green it says valve corp (us) but i live in england why ???

Valve Corp is a US based company.

The name highlighted in green in a browser (like the one in the Steam client used to display the store) is the identity of the company to whom the page belongs. In this instance, it belongs to "Valve Corp. [US]", that is, Valve Corporation in the United States.

If you go to, say, https://www.tax.service.gov.uk/gg/sign-in in Chrome, it'll have in green: "HM Revenue & Customs [GB]", that is, HMRC in Great Britain.
