If you have multiple Ubisoft/U-play games registered on separate U-play accounts, the only way to move them to one account would be through U-play support. They will most likely say no, but if they do agree they would require proof of ownership.
If you have made additional U-play accounts with no games activated on them, you could ask U-play support to delete them to clean up the mess that you made.
