Steam deleting files by itself?
First of all I have 2 SSDs, both of them have games from steam on them and one of them has other games on them too. Lets call them SSD 1 (steam only) and SSD 2 (steam and other games), just to make it more understandable.

So yesterday I was playing Warframe, then I logged out to play some War Thunder but it didnt start (infinite loading) , so I stopped and logged out of steam too. Then I restarted it and had to log in which is already odd because I have auto login but ok.. but when I got into steam every single one of my games was shown as uninstalled, restarted my computer, nothing changed. I figured that steam deleted the connection to my steam files in the download tab in the settings for both of my SSDs. I put them in again and restarted steam once more and got a few games back but not all of them..

The weird thing about this is that War Thunder is on SSD 1 and some files are missing and Warframe is on SSD 2 and the entire game is missing, both games that I was playing and trying to play are gone. Apart from only one more game had a few files deleted (SSD 1). But as I said in the beginning, SSD 2 has other games on it too and they're all fine.

Has this happened to anyone else? (I know there are posts about steam deleting files but none of them are related to 2 SSDs and complete + half delete)
