According to this, the game is available only in North America on Steam. It doesn't work here in New Zealand, for example, and is probably region restricted. It also indicates that Transformers: Fall of Cybertron" has been removed from the Steam Store for some reason. Keep that in mind...

The answer is no though.
It doesn't mention Win 10, so if you are using that, double check it would still work. It sounds like it would, but you should be aware of the Nivida PhysX drivers (the game uses dated ones).
