Mouse cursor with loading icon when steam is running
Hey all!

It's not really a problem, but I've started noticing that whenever a steam is running or when you switch tabs be it store, library, community mouse cursor turns into an icon with loading blue circle.

It's something I have never noticed/simply ignored it, or it wasn't happening before.

It's been like that for a few weeks (probably), and right now I am on clean Windows 10 install (since 1803 came out today), and it's doing the same thing.

Can somebody confirm that it has never happened before/not happening now, or it was always like that, and I simply went crazy a few weeks ago and never noticed this behaviour before?

P.S. The problem is that I can simply open a book, and loading icon will appear from time to time even if steam is minimized and I don't download anything, but only reading a book.
