how to find out how long my temporary trading ban is?

hi i got a question here?

i got a temporary trading ban due to deleting to many on hold standing trades.
here is what it says.

You cannot trade with 'name, because you recently had all your trade offers canceled.

how to find out how long this wil take to be possible again if even so????

You got a warning which you should have read. The cooldown is 7 days.

i read it bud forgot to be honest but is there anywhere where i can see how there is left till it is lifted?

7 days from the moment you cancelled the trade.

If you cant trade you may see "why i cant trade" or something like that, i dont remember, click it and at the bottom of the page you can see the cooldown.
