You get more friction meaning the mouse doesn't glide as good as it used to. Desn't make gaming impossible, but it impedes precision.

I see , how often should I change it If i am a serious gamer? I mean when I look at the mouse feet it doesn't seems like it is broken or something , i just saw a little scratches only. my mouse already 3 years with me btw

If it doesn't feel like it's scraping, don't worry about it. Just keeping it clean is usually enough. On mine, dust tends to collect around the edges of the pads, so I have to look out for crud gathering around that.

Keep whatever surface you use clean as well. People often ignore that part of mouse upkeep.

If you see nothing broken and if it still glides just fine, why do you think about changing it?

If it glides ok its fine. If its affecting movement in anyway replace them. Doesn't cost much for generic mouse feet and its a simeple task.

Those scratches are from the day I use my desk to play , as i am washing mousepad , I am not sure if I did certain damages to the mousefeet when I played on desk for 2 days

it is still not broken and it still able to glide , but I kind of feel my aiming [ playing cs ] is lagging and the mouse is kind of hard to control. even I changed to a new mousepad yesterday but nothing works. so i am thinking that i might already damage to the mousefeet when the time I switched my mousepad to a desk. which i think it causes those scratches

If it's not as smooth as usual, then it's time to change the feet, yes.
