New scamming method(DO NOT CLICK ANY OF THE LINKS BELOW)

so I get this invite from this random guy that I have never seen (has Vac game ban) and I didn't add him yet, and it says in his profile: 'Lol this guy gives skins for free for some reason. I got karmbit and arcana from him lol'
And then here's the link(idk if this will work):(some guy said oh people are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ enough to click the scam links so I am removing all of them so you have no idea what im talking about nor you cannot check the websites because you don't know what they are nor you can not report the websites to cyberpolice because you don't know the link.)
there is a linkfilter behind it, so really all you are visiting is (again, you know what I'm gonna say)
I ran through scamadviser, and it's a russian server with redirection to {link removed due to some sarcastic dude or girl idk} which obviously is fake. so I am 99% sure that it is a scam link.
I also ran {link removed again due to some sarcastic dude} through scamadviser and the websie is zero days old. So, if anyone comes across this link(also if you click see more in their profile desc you will see at the bottom the actual link which is blah blah blah idc) report anyone who has the same or similar type of description with a fake website.
P.S. idk if I have to post this somewhere else, but I thought this was the right place(other than help and tips or VAC discussion)

EDIT 2: lol apparently that is a dangerous link even tho all I did was search for people with the scam link so im deleting that too. no fun for you.

EDIT 3: I guess I am the only one who has to report over 3000 profiles(with the exception of smart people who doesnt click links). K.

i had a simular thing a guy added me and i clicked hte link and it stole my account removed my steam guard and reset my password and reset the email and once i emailed steam they were able to get it back

also if you go to community home and put {link removed for the third time due to some sarcastic dude} in find people you get 3,692 accounts with very similar description.

VAC bans have nothing to do with scamming.

There is no reason to post scam links. It makes you look like you're trying to get people to get scammed.

Report the users who post links like it, block them, and move on.

Nobody gets a VAC for scamming people, they get punished in other ways.

VAC bans have nothing to do with scamming.

so they are banned because they are hacked accounts? over 50 of them have the same ban date.
