Your Account Does Not Meet The Requirments To Use This Feature Help m
I Met my Friend In school and when school is done I saw an error "Your Account Does Not Meet The Requirments To Use This Feature"Not Just Any Error a "Steam Error "So I Have 9 Games I'm in steam for 2 years and I have 0 friends How do you fix it or what is the requirments.

Spend at least five dollars on the Steam store. Once done, you will be able to use certain Steam Community features without the Your account does not meet the requirements to use this feature error.
