Steam keeps opening Chrome tabs when clicking on a game Community announcement
Steam used to open community announcements within the Steam client, but I've recently formatted Windows and now Steam opens up a chrome tab with that link to the announcement. How do I change it?

Go into the Steam folder and click the actual Steam.exe file instead
