HELP ME AM I HACKED OR BANNED?

HI guys I was playing CSGO and my steam nickname suddenly changed to numbers which is my steam ID64. All my friends were deleted, and my profile page reseted. And it says this on my profile info

Your trading privileges will be permanently suspended for violations of the Steam Trading Policy
Trading, inviting, editing profile and otherwise interacting with the Steam will be disabled from 25.04.2017 23:59 GMT. Ability to move gaming items will remain for 12 hours

I'm I hacked or actually banned? I did do trading for at least 3 months and i dont scam and i follow evey policy on steam

Someone is on your account. They want you to trade and then trick you.

Save your account and deauth all other devices. Dont trade until you saved it.

You inserted details and codes in fake login.

if you used an offensive name/profile pic and were reported for it , it might have been removed by steam .
i take it it's not this account right , it's one of your alt accounts ?

Valve won't ever warn you of something like this. They will tell you after they ban you.

Report the account that sent you the message.
