CSGO Server Token

Hello. I needed some general information as to how Steam gameserver tokens work. I wanted to know if I'm able to this accounts Counterstrike Global Offensive token to host a dedicated server from a VPS and be able to play at the same time? Would I have to purchase another license of CS:GO on a seperate Steam account for the VPS and use this current one to play on, or can I use just this one account for both purposes? This topic is probably not in the correct category, but I'm just trying to get this question out there as soon as possible as this is sort of urgent.

VPS meaning Virtual Private Server.

So its just a dedicated server. No need to include information thats irrelevant. Youre just hosting a dedicated server.
A game server login token is just that: A game server login token. You can buy the game twice but you dont have to. The token is entirely orthogonal to you playing the game on this account.
