How to Remove URL Bar on Steam?

Hello, I have a little problem.

I have an Address Bar on the Top of Steam Application, there's a Screen (I'm using Metro Skin for Steam): https://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2018/15/4/1523541018-a-help-steam.png

There is no email address - he must follow the process here https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2347-qdfn-4366

He also needs to find out how be became so careless in getting his account hijacked and then secure the device. Also not a good idea to hijack random threads that are completely unrelated in an attempt to solve your problem.

Figured. For fun I went ahead and looked at the URL for Steam Support, as it turns out it's https://help.steampowered.com - not whatever that bot said. Of course.
Either way, thanks for clarifying that these are just some random bots, I haven't been too-too active on the forum, so it's good to have the knowledge that there are quite a few bots on here.
