NVidia Profile Inspector
I'm trying to use this software to create sli profiles but I can't get it to load.

NVidiaInspector.exe loads fine
NVidiaProfileInspector.exe does not

Nothing seems to happen after clicking on the .exe file or the link inside inspector. I've tried the following:

-current and older verions of the software
-reinstalling video card drivers
-reverting back to older video card drivers

I keep reading about people using it fine with similar set ups. Is there anyone willing to shed some light on my problem?

My system stats:

i7-8700k @ 5Ghz
MSI Z370 Godlike Gaming MB
32Gb Gskill DDR4 @ 3200 cl14
Samsung 960 EVO 256gb NVME (OS & Prod)
x2 Samsung 960 EVO 1tb NVME - RAID 0 (Games)
x2 Gigabyte Aorus GTX 1080ti Waterforce Extreme WB (SLI)
Triple rad custom loop keeping temps in mid 30's to low 40's under load
Windows 10 Pro

did you install nv inspector as/with admin rights ?
guru3d has forums for all things gpu , they're very good and the peeps there are real helpful with a huge knowledge base

it doesn't have an installer, just copy the folder and run the .exe in which case, yes, i did this as admin. I've posted on guru3d as well. hoping someone has had a similar situation and ended up with a fix

it's been awhile since i used it ,
i made a folder for it on the desktop , unpacked in there , then set the .exe in the folder to admin to run it .
i've been on ati for a few years now , so my memory might be off .
you'll get sorted out over at guru3d

I did in a work around sort of way. I created a new user account in windows and it worked perfectly there.
