Appear always as ''Online'' (even if you open a game)
I wanted to know if there's an way to always appear ONLINE, even if you open a game or any app.

The reason is simplily because I'll use the Anarchy Arcade ''game'', which is an 3D Desktop. But in order to use it you must run this game the entire day. I don't want to show I'm '' playing '' this game because I'm literally not playing it at all.

- Set your Steam Client status to offline
- View your profile in your net browser
- Login
- Click on the green/white envelope icon next to your name
- Select "unread chat messages"
- a tiny version of your browser should open, displaying your Contact List and a Chat Box. Your Status will appear as "Online" until you are out of the window for a time-period then it will change to "Away" and eventually to "Snooze" automatically.

I appreciate your help.

There's a way simpler method: Set your games privacy setting to private. Now nobody will see you playing a game.
