Special small icon beside the name ?

Today i see a player name with runes icon beside his name
I wonder how to do that or get that
Pls answer me, ty guys

This is the dota premium special runes. It is an ingame thing.

It requires a payment each month, so i don't know if the runes are permament after unlocking.

Dude Revy it doesnt work like that bro..... You just have to copy paste the "box" sympols in my name and "pause/random/resume" in-game to get that effect... I currently have Invi,illu and Regen runes next to my name and Im missing out on DD

It has nothing to do with dota plus. All you have to do is copy paste this (  ) in the box where you'll be typing your name. These are some special kinda characters that the game engine perceives as runes.
