How disable email confirmation notification every few weeks?

I'm using steam on one computer and have mobile authenticator on my iphone. I have static ip that never changed for a years and one confirmated email also for years. But every few weeks steam ask to confirmate my email. How to disable this aanouyng function? I can edit any file or system registry. Please suggest where I can fix it.

You can't disable it. It should only happen about 2x a year.

You may have issues with emails not reaching you or being bounced back to Valve if it comes up more often.

Every few weeks I seeing green big notification with text:
Is this your email address? with two buttons :
- yes (open confirmation window. Confirmation process works perfecntly. But I annouyng to do it one time for few weeks)
- no, change (email reset form).
When I just close it by pressing [X] it appears next day.
When I confirmate it using my email (clicking link inside email letter), green notificaton will appears again few weeks letter.
