Can't open steam and no icon on destop
When I turn on my computer,all steam's game icon are all missing.When I click at steam it show off something like this (The drive or network connection that the shortcut 'Steam Client Bootstrapper.Ink' refers to is unavailable. Make sure that the disk is properly inserted or the network resource is available, and then try again.) Please help me with my problem.Tq

Did you install on a different Hard drive (ie, not the C-drive)?

Open the folder where Steam is installed and doubleclick Steam.exe there.

But when I click at the icon it doesn't do anything, just loading and i wait for a several hour and nothing happen.
