Game Downloads Restart whever I shutdown my PC

I'm trying to download war thunder about for 1 week but, whenever I shutdown my PC, the download starts from beginning, or when the load-shedding happens I face this problem :(.
Is there any solution?? Please help me.

don't shut it down without properly closing steam first!!! this should be obvious... you need to close all programs manually before shutting down

if you shut down steam PROPERLY, it will save the data, and restart at the proper place.
