Can't find PUBG in my Steam Library

I purchased PUBG on Steam account and have not been able to play it, for the first few hours i appeared in the library but later on after that i can't find it in the Library at all.

Please help me.

u sure u buyed it , or maybe u got sent it as gift , and guy refunded it?
cuz games in list doesnt be gone like that , except if u got it refunded. o.O

This account does not own any games? Are you in the right account? And yes that is very common.

i did signed into the right account, cause i only have one account and i went to the purchase history and made sure that i did purchased the game but if they did refund it the money is still missing from my card

Well if you've gone to the purchase history and there is a listing for Player Unknown's Battlegrounds. Then it should either say refunded or purchased.

does this happen if your account is restricted??

Check your email for the purchase and find the correct account name.

There are 2 other amycheng's on Steam but the other 2 are not public profiles to check.
