PS3 Controller and drivers
Hey guys. Im using PS3 controller in Rocket League. I use SCPDriver to install drivers for my pad and it always install my controller as XBOX 360 and it was not a problem for me, last time I bought For Honor and xbox icons are a bit problematic for me because I still dont remember which icon - which button. Question is is there any program that allow me to show ps icons or maybe install PS3 as PS4 controller and lauch games from big picture (I saw there is PS4 Controller option)?

Edit: I also tried DS4Windows but it only support PS4 Controllers, DS3 Driver also install my pad as xbox 360 controller

Well, I have never used a PS controller myself but, I usually connect the android wire to connect my XBOX controller to the PC.

(Edit: I don't know if PS controllers have wired compatibility or not, but I definitely recommend using a wired controller)

None that I'm aware off.I've used a DS3 and DS4 using SCPToolkit for years. once you get used to the the different buttons prompts you instinctively know what the prompts mean.

X = Square
Y = Triangle
A = X
B = Circle

The worst and most confusing prompt is when X appear as you go for X os the DS3/4. The other 3 are easier to get used to. Given a few days to a week and it should be second nature. If you are struggling there are ways to make it easier.

1. Download and image of a DS3/4 controller then edit the image. Simple Paint will work. Create a filled in circle over each of the Square, Circle, Triangle and X buttons. Then put the corresponding X,Y,A and B in bold over then. Save the image. Either print it, transfer to phone/tablet or display it on a second monitor. Now you can glance at it while in game quickly.

Or

2. Write the XYAB letters on small stickers and stick the to the top of your DS3.

DS3/4 work wired and wireless using third party drivers/software. DS4 no longer needs third party drivers to work, wired or wirelessly.
